Bio: Mike is the founder of Martensen IP, a boutique Intellectual Property law firm specializing in the intersection of Law, Business and Government Contracts. Mike leverages his experience as an operational fighter pilot in the Air Force and an engineer with his knowledge in law to assist clients navigate the complexities of intellectual property law. Graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, Mike continued his education gaining a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration, and finally a Juris Doctorate. Taking lessons learned as a program manager for advance weapons, Mike represents clients in their interactions with the US Government and/or as a prime or subcontractor to protect their intellectual property.
