Bio: -James is a CPA & CGMA in CO & CA with a diverse background assisting hundreds of rapid growth innovation-based businesses – from Start-up to Fortune 500. -Formerly and auditor with Laventhol, and Deloitte, he has worked in a variety of C-level & board roles - and is an occasional Angel Investor. -He serves on the State of Colorado's OEDIT Advanced Industries Grant Review committee and is regularly involved with the Rockies Venture Fund Hyper Accelerators and the California Life Science Association FAST program. -He is also serves on the Audit and Finance Committees at Community Foundation Serving Boulder County, and Pledge 1% CO.
